Accomodation

Participants can make use of three types of dormitories:

• Shared room
• Single room
• Apartment

Shared rooms are situated in a dormitory at the Smaragdlaan in Leiden, which is about 10 minutes by bus or 20-25 minutes by foot from the Central Station and the University buildings. This dormitory consists of two-person rooms. You will have to share a room with one fellow participant. Every room is furnished and has its own kitchen (including kitchenware), toilet and shower. The price of the shared room is €325,- for the two weeks.

Single rooms and appartments are located in the city centre of Leiden. The single rooms cost €550,- and the apartments €650,- for the two weeks.

All prices include a set of sheets and the cleaning of the room after you have checked out.

Note that in all dormitories the number of rooms is limited, and registrations will be handled on a "first come, first-served" basis.

Since we have to book each room separately, we have to be very strict regarding deadlines. Moreover, we need you to pay in advance. Thus, in order to guarantee a place in the dormitories, you must have registered and paid the rent for the room before 31st of May, 2010. After this date we will not be able to guarantee a place in the dormitories for you.
