Old Testament/ Hebrew Bible: Textual Criticism and Interpretation
First of all, this programme aims to contribute to the field of textual criticism of the Hebrew Bible, secondly to that of its interpretation, including the history of interpretation in Antiquity.

Project I: Quinta Edition of the Book of Isaiah
The project is part of the international project which aims at a new edition of the Hebrew Bible, the Biblia Hebraica Editio Quinta, successor to the current edition, Biblia Hebraica Stuttgartensia.

Project II: Textual Criticism of the Book of Isaiah
This project aims to analyze and evaluate, in a text-critical manner, key problems in the Masoretic text of Isaiah. The study will include a brief history of textual criticism of Isaiah from 1820-2000. Particular attention will be paid to new developments in the areas of Qumran Isaiah and of Septuagint of Isaiah.
