The Leiden Peshitta Edition is the first critical edition of the Old Testament in Syriac.
The Leiden Peshitta Edition is the first critical edition of the Old Testament in Syriac. Two thirds of the volumes have been published. The last volumes are planned to be published in the coming four years. The project is carried out under the auspices of the International Organization for the Study of the Old Testament (IOSOT).
