New portal for business travel booking
The University will be switching to a new business travel booking system in the near future. Employees will be able to book their business trips via a new ‘travel portal’ supplied by ATP Business Travel. This travel agency will explain how to use the booking system during two information sessions, to be held on the 17th and the 25th of March.
ATP Business Travel has custom-designed the travel portal for use by University employees. The portal can be used to book flights, hotels and rental cars. It is possible to book flights with both low cost carriers and regular airlines.
During the information sessions, ATP will demonstrate how to use the portal. The Leiden University Purchasing Department will also be present to explain why they decided to switch to a new booking system. The meetings will take place on
