ESTER announces its annual Research Design Course for PhD students in Economic and Social History on 19-21 October 2016 in Pisa, Italy. The Research Design Course of 2016 will be organized in close cooperation with Prof. Alessandro Nuvolari of Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies, Pisa and Dr. Ilaria Pavan of Scuola Normale Superiore, Pisa.
ESTER (European Graduate School for Training in Economic and Social Historical Research) is a European platform for postgraduate teaching.
The ESTER Research Design Course is a three or four-day workshop concentrating upon the research projects of the individual participants. For the RDC PhD students have to write a paper (25 pages) according to a set of guidelines.
