Academic Director
The Academic Director is the head of LUCL, and as such carries overall responsibility for the institute. The Academic Director is directly answerable to the Faculty Board.

Director of Education
The Director of Education of LUCL is responsible for the teaching activities of LUCL.
The Director of Education of LUCL is Egbert Fortuin.
Institute Manager
The Institute Manager is in charge of operational affairs of LUCL, such as finances, personnel and the internal organisation of the institute.
The Institute Manager of LUCL is Gea Hakker.
