The Institute Council comprises all members of LUCL.
PhD Council
All PhD students are member of the PhD Council.
PhD Admission Committee
The PhD Admission Committee decides upon the admission of students to the PhD programme.
Board of the Research Master
The Board of the Research Master is responsible for the educational programme of the Research Master, for the recruitment of students and for the internal and external contacts with other organizations.
Research Master Admission and Examination Committee
The Research Master Admission and Examination Committee decides upon the admission of students to the MPhil programme and is responsible for all examinations within it.
Research Master Educational Review Committee
The Educational Review Committee of the Research Master's programme allows Research Master students to be heard in matters regarding the programme.
Confidential student counsellors
Graduate students with personal problems can turn to one of two confidential student counsellors.
