On the 4th of November, prof. Jaap de Jong will give his inaugural lecture ‘Pics or it did not happen! De dood van Osama bin Laden en de retorica van betrouwbaarheid in het nieuws’. His inaugural lecture coincides with the anniversary of the minor/master track 'Journalism and New Media'.

JNM anniversary

On the 4th November, the minor track of Journalism and New Media celebrates it's 10th, and the master's programme its 5th anniversary. In the afternoon, there will be lectures and presentations by several speakers and alumni. After Jaap de Jong's inaugural lecture, there will be a party in Four Reasons.
