Sebastian Kim and Kirsteen Kim are the authors of the new book A History of Korean Christianity, which came out with Cambridge University Press this year. In this seminar Sebastian will speak for 20 minutes about the new book, followed by Kirsteen speaking for 20 minutes about Christianity and anti-communism in Korea. Thomas Kim, post-doc in the Buddhist Social Justice Project at LIAS, and Koen de Ceuster, university lecturer in modern Korean history, will provide comment leading into a general discussion.
