course description

Business English Upper-intermediate is a practical intensive course for people doing business with English-speaking countries, working in local companies that use English in the workplace, or who are planning to  work abroad. This course is also very suitable for university students preparing to enter the job market and people who are preparing for a Cambridge exam in order to attain the Business English Certificate (BEC) Vantage.

Our main focus in Business English is to help participants develop a full range of English language communication skills to deal with business situations in a professional manner. During the course we review the most important grammar skills, develop a broader business English vocabulary, and practice using the English language in a variety of realistic business situations, such as making enquiries over the phone, writing formal business letters, reports and e-mails, giving presentations and participating in meetings. Participants can expect to gain the English language skills and confidence they need to handle even the most difficult situations in the workplace.
