Admission requirements
Dutch: No knowledge of Dutch is required.
English: You need to have some knowledge of English in order to understand the teacher's explanation in English.

course description

Dutch for Foreigners 1&2 is an intensive beginners course of Dutch as a second language (NT2) in which all the basic language skills will be dealt with: speaking, listening, writing and reading. During the course you will acquire basic Dutch grammar and vocabulary. Reading texts and topics of conversation will be centred around everyday situations, giving you the opportunity to become familiar with both informal and formal language use. Furthermore, this course will give you an introduction to Dutch culture and society. Upon successful completion of this course you can enroll in the day course Dutch 3&4 or the evening course Dutch 3.
