Dutch 1A is a beginners' course of Dutch as a Second Language for international students of Leiden University.
Dutch 1B is a follow-up course to Dutch 1A and to the Dutch crash course from the induction programme in Summer 2011.

DutchPlus Pronunciation
Dutch 1 is a Dutch as a Second Language beginners course. In this course, all the basic skills are dealt with: speaking, listening, writing and reading
Dutch 2 is a language course for students with a basic knowledge of Dutch. Attention will be paid to basic vocabulary and basic grammar, however, students are expected to know elementary words and rules of grammar.
Dutch 3 is a language course for students with a basic knowledge of Dutch: for people who have done Dutch 1&2 (120 hours), or an equivalent course at another language centre.
Dutch 4 is a language course for people with an extensive basic knowledge of Dutch: those who have taken courses Dutch 1, 2 and 3 (180 hours) or similar courses at a different language institute.
Dutch 5 is a language course for students with an extensive basic knowledge of Dutch: students who have taken the course Dutch 1, 2, 3 and 4 (240 hours) or similar courses at a different language institute.
Dutch 1 & 2 is an intensive Dutch as a second language daytime course, integrating Dutch courses 1 and 2. It is a beginners course in which all the basic language skills will be dealt with.
Dutch 3 & 4 is an intensive daytime Dutch as a second language course. It is a combination of Dutch 3 and Dutch 4: for people who have followed Dutch 1&2 (110 hours) or a similar course at a different language institute.
Dutch 5 & 6 is an intensive daytime Dutch as a second language course for people with a good basic knowledge of Dutch.
